Get your beauty sleep. Your body needs rest to repair damage to your skin. Lack of sleep can cause all kinds of problems including acne breakouts. Going to bed at the same time every night makes it easier to keep on a good schedule of rest. You can't "catch up" on sleep you've missed. Make rest as important as exercise and nutrition.
