Another tip that's a bit harder to follow is to not pop any pimples that spring up.  This will lead to scarring and more acne.  If you're suffering from lots of blackheads, you can get a simple metal tool that's designed for blackhead removal.  It pushes it out without damaging the skin around.

The easiest thing to do is to sleep without clothes on.  Your skin needs to breathe to clear up, this will improve the moisture balance of your skin.  Also, frequently washing your sheets is important because as you sleep they will soak up the oil in your skin and spread it around your body, causing more acne.
