The beauty of making juice is that you can “eat” anything you want quite easily. Could you ever bring yourself to munch down raw sweet potatoes, or swedes, or broccoli and cabbage? If you have an aversion to really strong tastes then I would advise to stay away from things like cabbage, but the great thing is that once the juice is in the glass you can just throw it down.
